1. The structure of each unit container is made up of corner columns, bottom beams and top beams. All the steel components are welded by profiled bars and thin-walled steels.<br />
2. Roof panels are made up of 0.376mm thick exterior layer color steel panels, 50mm rock wool middle layer and 0.426mm thick color steel ceilings. And wall panels are 50mm thick double-layer EPS color steel sandwich panels. The second floor boards are 12mm thick OSB boards.<br />
3. Each unit container is manufactured and assembled in the factory. After each carried to the construction site, each unit is hoisted to the exact place by crane. 21st Equity&#8217;s Smart House can be multi-located, no building debris.<br />
4. Exterior panels can be dismantled. Containers can be combined into 2 storey&#8217;s vertically and transversely with bolts so that it is making full use of the space.<br />
